PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a juice powder composition containing solid components derived from a juice in high proportion, not being obtained by a conventional method, and having health-maintaining functions, or the like, imparted thereto, and further to provide a method for producing the juice powder composition, and a healthy food and a food material having various kinds of functions by using the juice powder composition. SOLUTION: This method for producing the juice powder composition comprises mixing the juice with a material containing proanthocyanidin, and powdering the mixture in the method for powdering the juice. The healthy food contains the juice powder composition as an active ingredient. |
