PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the take-a-bath action of elderly people and disabled people when taking a bath while putting a leg up so as to ride over an upper end of a sidewall of a bathtub. SOLUTION: A bathtub 5 is installed on a floor 2. A notch 39 is formed at an intermediate part of an upper part of a sidewall 8 in the longitudinal direction along the upper end of the sidewall 8 of the bathtub 5 so that a user can ride over the sidewall 8 while passing a leg through the notch. |
