PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running flame facility device and a running flame method capable of safely and easily generating a series of flame train in the air or on the water and extinguishing the flame train in sequence to run it with a flame presenting facility used outdoors or near the water surface. SOLUTION: The bubble gas from a gas fuel is ignited and burned to form a series of flame train, and it is extinguished in sequence to run flames in the running flame facility device 1. Water from a water pressure generator 22 injected to a gas fuel gas generation part 2 is discharged from one end side, and the gas fuel fed to the gas fuel gas generation part 2 is generated as the bubble gas from the other end side. The generated bubble gas is ignited and burned by an ignition device 60 arranged near the end part of the gas fuel gas generation part 2 to form a series of flame train, then the water from the water pressure generation part 22 is again injected to the gas fuel gas generation part 2 to extinguish a series of flame train in sequence and run flames.
