PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing instrument by which a photographing image with optimum high quality for medical diagnosis by a configuration for preventing image quality deterioration by the influence of an electromagnetic noise and a vibration caused by grid movement. SOLUTION: A control means 111 receives a radiation transmitted from a subject 102 by an imaging element 106 via a movable grid 104, the movement driving of the grid 104 is stopped after the end of the emission of the radiation to the subject 102 as operation control when the storing signal of the imaging element 106 is read, the movement driving is stopped and, then, the reading of the storing signal of the imaging element 106 is started.
