PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently put a plurality of medical images to practical use. SOLUTION: First, second and third imaging devices 12, 14, 16 output signals OP1, OP2 and OP3 containing image signals to a changeover device 100. The changeover distribution circuit 110 of the changeover device outputs an image signal CV1 for a main image and an image signal CV2 for a sub-image on the basis of the output signals OP1, OP2 and OP3 or the operation of a changeover switch 112. An image mixing circuit 140 forms a synthetic image signals on the basis of the image signals CV1 and CV2 to output the same to a printer 22, a monitor 24 and a personal computer 26.
