PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teething ring capable of properly assisting the suckling movement of even an infant a few months old and properly remaining on the mouth of the infant to provide oral stimuli particularly suited for such an infant. SOLUTION: The teething ring 10 includes a nipple part 11 and a seat plate part having a predetermined spread and positioned at the base section 13 of the nipple part. The nipple part includes an approximately spherical mammilla end portion 15 and the base section 13 serving as a bulge with a curved surface which bulges more than does the mammilla end portion. A constricted portion 14 whose cross section is flattened by being shorter in length in its vertical direction than in its cross direction is provided between the mammilla end portion and the base section.
