PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washstand counter for condominium to be provided with various variation at a low cost. SOLUTION: A pair of a common counter 10 provided with an opening 12 for fitting of various wash basin and various kinds of wash basin to be combined with the common counter 10 so as to form a washstand counter are prepared as a set. As a wash basin, many kinds of over-counter type wash basin formed with a bowl part 18 having a dimension equal or smaller to/than the opening 12 and a flange part 19 having a dimension capable of closing the opening 12 are used.
