PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legless chair which enables a physically challenging person with handicapped legs to sit down on the chair and to stand up by themselves without anybody's assistance. SOLUTION: This legless chair is provided with a frame 1 for an upper receptacle, which has a seat on its upper surface, a frame 5 for lower receptacle, whose bottom is placed on the floor, a material 6 for linking, which supports the frame 1 for the upper receptacle in a manner that the frame 1 can move up and down and is located between the frame 1 and frame 5, and an airbag 7 powered by the material 6 for linking, and a manual air-pump 16.
