PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide labels for identifying patients which enable the prevention of a patient from receiving wrong transfusion treatment, for example, that with blood type incompatibility. SOLUTION: A plurality of columns (blood A type region 10, blood B type region 20, or the like, and tag 11 for wrist, tag 13 for bedside, or the like) are arranged to include personal information of a patient (blood type, name, and the like) and each provided with a half cut to allow the separation thereof apart. The columns are cut apart as separate tags which are stuck on the wrist and ankle of the patient with an adhesive while being stuck on the bedside, and further, on the doorside at the entrance of the ward and a call sign device of a nurse center. This system allows physicians and nurses to easily check the patient's personal information many times not only for the individual patient but also anywhere available at the entrance of the ward, the bedside, the nurse center, and the like, prior to transfusion thereby preventing the patient from receiving the wrong transfusion treatment incompatible with him. |
