PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for supporting the observation of a fetus for giving information on the state of the fetus inside the womb simply and clearly. SOLUTION: An information obtaining part 200 sends physical information on a pregnant woman obtained by abutting a sensor part 23 on the body surface of the pregnant woman to a main body part 300. A control part 30 of the part 300 retrieves a database 33 to obtain data showing the state of the fetus from each pieces of physical information on the pregnant woman received from the part 200. The part 30 selects the obtained data showing an image expressing the state of the fetus from an image memory 34 and displays it on a display part 21 of the part 200.
