METHOD OF REMOVING NITROGEN COMPONENT IN DRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely decompose urea compounds in drain to remove a nitrogen component effectively. SOLUTION: In the method of removing a nitrogen component in a drain containing urea compounds, mainly cyclic urea compounds are decomposed under a pseudo anaerobic condition by using a microorganism aggregate and then, after decomposing remaining urea compounds by heating in the presence of an alkali compound, the ammonia component is sparated and removed.
