摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine making it possible to set a drying operation time suited for the quality of cloth from which clothes to be dried are made, in setting the operating time of a drying process through the detection of load, so as to prevent the clothes from being damaged by the drying operation, while enhancing drying efficiency. SOLUTION: The washing and drying machine is provided with a load detecting means for detecting the amount of clothes put in a washing/spin-drying basket, and a drying time adjusting means for setting the drying operation time according to the amount of clothes detected by the load detecting means during the first stage of the drying process at the start of the drying process and for varying the set drying operation time.
