PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric Roman shade suitable for any one of a wide or thick screen with large load, a double screen, and a two-series curtain. SOLUTION: The electric Roman shade comprises an elevating/lowering mechanism (3) elevating/lowering a screen (1), detecting means (6, 7) provided on each elevating/lowering mechanism (3) in order to detect the elevating/ lowering limit and any abnormality, one or two shafts (2) operating at least one elevating/lowering mechanism (3), two motor units (4a, 4b) rotating the shaft (2), and a common control means (5) controlling the two motor units, and the control means (5) discriminates the two motor units (4a, 4b) and the detecting means (6, 7) of each elevating/lowering mechanism (3) by the address, and controls them.
