PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tobacco light extinguisher attaching importance to the safety by completely and instantaneously extinguishing the light of tobacco. SOLUTION: This tobacco light extinguisher is capable of preparing waterdrops from a small amount of water with a surface tension, sucking up the waterdrops with a fire of tobacco by the capillarity, suddenly reducing the temperature and thereby instantaneously extinguishing the light of tobacco.
