SOLUTION: The device has an annular flat surface on its one surface and a plate-like flat surface on its inside, pressurized air is made to flow from the center of a recessed surface toward the flat surfaces along the recessed surface to generate a negative pressure on the recessed surface, and the plate is sucked by the negative pressure. A plurality of contact members made of synthetic rubber having a slight thickness and a specific size are provided on the flat surfaces.
