PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil clad laminated sheet enabling the drilling of a blind hole good in plating uniformity by the irradiation with carbon dioxide laser. SOLUTION: In the metal foil clad laminated sheet wherein an insulating layer 2 is formed from a resin impregnated base material 1 and a metal foil 3 is superposed and laminated on the surface of the insulating layer 2 and the whole is molded. The center 5 in the thickness direction of a base material 4 is offset toward the metal foil 3 from the center 6 in the thickness direction of the insulating layer 2.
