<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric reciprocating tool which is inexpensive, simple in the structure and capable of increasing the pressing force. SOLUTION: This electric reciprocating tool comprises a screw shaft 11 which has a female screw portion 11b and is rotated by a joint spindle 9 decelerated by a motor 5 via a decelerating means 8, a shuttle screw 12 which has a male screw 12b to be screw-fitted to the female screw portion 11b of the screw shaft 11 and is advanced/retracted along the axial direction, a movable blade 13 which is fitted to a tip of the shuttle screw 12, and a receiving plate 20 which is provided forward of the movable blade 13 to support a work, i.e., a shape steel 30 to be cut, and the movable blade 13 is advanced/retracted to/from the receiving plate 20 to cut the shape steel.</p> |
