PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for scraping off a coating agent which can be constituted easily and can ensure handling properties and durability. SOLUTION: The implement 1 (doctor blade) for scraping off the coating agent is constituted of a plate-shaped member of which the tip is brought into contact with a coating roll such as an anilox roll for flexography so as to adjust a coating amount of ink or the like. The member is constituted of an elastic plate 2 of plastic, and a metal plating film of a required hardness is formed on the elastic plate 2, on the tip part 2a coming into contact with the coating roll, at least.
