PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since through-holes for permitting drips to pass are vertically provided in a conventional liquid permeable sheet or liquid absorbable sheet for food so as to pierce the sheet, drips are not perfectly absorbed by an absorbable polymeric layer at the time of display of a tray and collected on the bottom of the tray to be seen from the outside and the concealing effect thereof is not expected. SOLUTION: A drip absorbing sheet 10 is constituted by superposing an opaque liquid permeable sheet 11 on an absorbing layer 12 and liquid passages 15 are obliquely formed on the liquid permeable sheet and the opening parts 13 of the surface of the sheet are positionally shifted from the opening parts 14 of the rear surface thereof. Accordingly, blood juice or the like absorbed by the absorbing layer 12 goes out of sight from the surface of the sheet 10.
