PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-fabrication apparatus which saves time and labor when a support (17) is stripped off from a table (5), prevents an operator and the apparatus (1) from being fouled with a photo-curable resin liquid (4), and saves labor in cleaning after fabrication and its fabrication method. SOLUTION: In the photo-fabrication apparatus (1) in which the surface (8) of the photo-curable resin (4) placed on the table (5) is exposed to laser beams (18) according to shape data, and a photo-fabricated article (21) is fabricated while the curing and lamination of the resin (4) is repeated, the support (17) which is fabricated integrally with the article (21) and adhered to the upper surface of the table (5) is stripped off from the table (5) by sliding a support stripping means (8) along the upper surface of the table (5).
