PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pipe cutting cutter manufactured of high speed tool steel is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a pipe cutting cutter comprises the processes of manufacturing a cutter(2) using non-heat treated high speed tool steel as a raw material; sharpening the blade of the cutter using a processing machine after forcibly inserting the manufactured cutter into a metallic reduced pipe(1); injecting the copper bond paste coated the cutter inserted into the reduced pipe into a hydrogen atmospheric continuous furnace after coating a copper bond paste(3) on a fixed portion where the reduced pipe is connected to the cutter; and heat treating the fixed portion where the reduced pipe is connected to the cutter at temperature of 1115 deg.C for 1 hour so that the cutter is fixed to the reduced pipe as the cutter is being heat treated.
