The plant consists of the drive unit (1) and load unit (2) - aqueous pump (12), which are connected to the common shaft (5), which is equipped with the flywheel wheel (8), whilst the whole set is placed in the frame (7) of the plant. The flywheel wheel consists of the angular equally placed radial arms (16) arranged between two circular boards (17), whilst the flywheel wheel (8) is on its periphery equipped with spuds (9), on which there is a nozzle (10) of the exit line (11) of the aqueous pump (12), placed on its upper side. The substance of the solution consists in that on the circular boards (17) there are from the outer side opposite to the radial arms (16) the peripheral weights (18) arranged. |
