The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide - human phospholipase 10 and a polynucleotide encoding the same as well as a method of producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technique. The present invention also discloses methods of using the polypeptide in treatment of various disease, such as breast cancer, primary hypertension, arthritis, collagenosis, anaphylactic inflammation, immunological disease, inflammation, various tumors, developmental disorder, neurogenic disorder and so on. The present invention also discloses an antagonist against the polypeptide and the therapeutic use of the same. Also disclosed is the use of such novel polynucleotide encoding human phospholipase 10. |
