PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting apparatus which can easily uniformly adjust the length of a ladder cord when a lower limit location of a bottom rail is minutely adjusted. SOLUTION: A winding shaft 6 is rotatably supported by a tape holder 3 which can be fitted on a lower surface of the bottom rail 1, and the ladder cord 2 can be wound in on the winding shaft 6. The winding shaft 6 and the tape holder 3 have engaging portions 8, 13, respectively, which engage with each other whenever the winding shaft is rotated predetermined degrees.
