PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creating method for foundation bed for vegetation growth capable of using a large amount of crushed pieces of trees felled and sediment generated in construction work by applying them to the face of slope. SOLUTION: Sediment generated and the crushed pieces of trees felled in the construction work are mixed together in a bucket of a shovel-based excavator to a mixture, and then the mixture is scattered onto the face of slope by the shovel-based excavator. In this way, the vegetation foundation bed can be created on the face of slope.
