PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio data system capable of insuring a minimum communication even when traffic is increased and also attaching a value added such as a service level corresponding to a charge to expand service width by uniformizing slot allocations to each slave station or attaching a priority to slave stations in order to solve the problem that communication sometimes can not be performed because allocation is performed in the order of a communication request in the conventional radio data system. SOLUTION: This radio data system performs transmission request queuing of an incoming candidate queue 31 or an outgoing transmission queue 32 in every slave station or terminal, stores a priority terminal in a priority terminal storing part 33 and allocates a data signal to the slave stations or terminals equally or according to the priority.
