PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labors to be required in operating and managing a device while preventing frame pictures from becoming out-of-date in a device generating a composite picture by composing a picture which is obtained by photographing a person to be photographed and a frame picture. SOLUTION: After a print sealing terminal device 1 obtains a photographed picture by photographing a person 100 to be photographed with a CCD(charge coupled device) camera 22, it reads out the picture of costume or the like stored in a CD (compact disk) card 6 and generates a composite picture by composing the photographed picture obtained by photographing the person 100 to be photographed and the picture read out from the CD card 6. Then, in the device 1, the composite picture is displayed on a display part 39 and, also, it is printedly outputted from a take-out port 1c.
