FUEL CELL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the optimization of water repellent material content contained in an electrode plate for a fuel cell, and suppress the dispersion of the content in order to provide the fuel cell indicating a good battery characteristic. SOLUTION: The content of water repellent material is made to be 50 mg/cm3 or more to less than 20 g/cm3, and the water repellent material membrane wherein the film thickness is 5 μm or more to less than 200 μm and the film thickness dispersion is less than ±60% of the average film thickness is coated and formed on the electrode plate by a spray method.
