PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrolytic solution which allows mounting using a re-flow method while considering various conditions in mounting to a circuit board without inviting aggravation of high temperature resistance property to a power generation element and a battery housing. SOLUTION: A power generation element comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and organic electrolytic solution has an arrangement housed in a housing member consisting of a positive electrode can, a negative electrode can and a gasket, and the organic electrolytic solution is composed of a solvent containing tetraglyme and a solute having lithium borofluoride as the main component. |
