<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable resistor wherein a resistor and a contact between an electrode of a current collecting body and a lead terminal are hardly deteriorated an environmental characteristic test or the like is conducted and which can prevent migration. SOLUTION: In this variable resistor, a lead terminal 7 is formed as a plate, and a tooth-shaped projection 7b projecting in the direction of plate thickness is provided on both ends of the lead terminal in its widthwise direction or either end thereof and it is allowed to gnaw a part of the electrode 4. Therefore, a contact between the electrode 4 and lead terminal 7 is made stable and a high-quality variable resistor can be provided.</p> |
