PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscopic image synthesizing device capable of adhering plural images, which are picked up by an image pickup means mounted with a lens for a microscope, without requiring an expensive PC-controlled power stage and forcing a user to perform complicated operation. SOLUTION: The microscopic image synthesizing device for synthesizing the first image and the second image which are picked up by the image pickup means mounted with the lens for the microscope and have respectively superposed part is provided with the first means for performing lens distortion correction and shading correction to the first image and the second image, the second means for calculating a geometric conversion coefficient between the first image and the second image after the lens distortion correction and the shading correction are performed and the third means for synthesizing the first image and the second image after the lens distortion correction and the shading correction are performed based on the obtained geometric conversion coefficient.
