PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a positive electrode current collector which can precisely control a structure of a high-resistant layer such as a surface coverage rate or the like. SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of the positive electrode current collector in which a felt-formed base material consisting of carbon fiber or graphite fiber, and a cloth-formed material or cotton-formed material made of glass fiber is piled up, and the high-resistant layer is formed by driving the cloth-formed material or cotton-formed material into the base material by means of a needle punch. The needle punch is carried out so that a loaded volume of the positive electrode current collector becomes 80 to 95% of the sum of the loaded volume of the base material and the loaded volume of the cloth-formed material or cotton-formed material. |
