PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage test device for improved workability and space efficiency as well as test efficiency for improved operation rate of the test device. SOLUTION: An opening part for carrying in a work 1 is provided on an inspection chamber 10, and the opening part comprises opening/closing doors 11 and 12 comprising placement stages 11a and 12a on which the work 1 is placed. The opening/closing doors 11 and 12 are provided with flexible pipings 17 and 18 for supplying tracer gas to the work 1. Thus, with one door 11 or 12 of doors 11 and 12 opened, connection operation with piping is carried out while the work 1 is placed on the placement stage 11a (12a), resulting in improved space efficiency, easier connecting of piping, and improved test efficiency.
