PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically print ambient environment conditions when printing desired data by a digital oscilloscope for printing waveform data that is published in a technical report. SOLUTION: A digital oscilloscope 10 is provided with a thermometer 15 and a hygrometer 16 for measuring ambient temperature and moisture when acquiring data. When waveform data on a screen is to be printed by a built-in printer 14, ambient temperature and moisture are printed along with measurement conditions or the like at that time, thus printing data required for a technical report automatically.
