PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a piezoelectric pump for reducing manufacturing costs as well as facilitating assembly of a conventional piezoelectric pump. SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric pump for driving a diaphragm by enlarging displacement of a piezoelectric actuator with a lever, a center point of the diaphragm is positioned on either one side in the vicinity of a point where circular arc motion around the lever and a center axis of the diaphragm are brought into contact with each other, or a point which is brought into contact with the center axis of the diaphragm.
