PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in detected magnetic field caused by magnetization of a magnetic collection substance, related to a magnetic field convergence Hall element. SOLUTION: A magnetic collecting substance 2 formed on a Hall element 1 which is to be a magnetic sensor is micronized into such a level as a unit magnetic section is formed, and a crystal azimuth is priority oriented in horizontal direction relative to the Hall element surface. To tack magnetization of the magnetic collecting substance 2, a hard magnetic substance 3 is composited.
