PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, quickly, and exactly operate the collation of a document with the registered data of a data base when a document as the proof of data registered in a data base is presented. SOLUTION: When client side terminal equipment 2A transmits data to be register in a data base to a server side, server side terminal equipment 1 which receives the data issues an ID number, and registers the data and the ID number in the data base, and generates a bar code related with the ID number, and transmits the data of a print image related with the bar code to a client side. The bar code is printed by a printer at the client side, and transmitted to the server side with a document being the proof of the data, and the ID number is detected by the server side, and used when the document is collated with the registered data of the data base.
