PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of preventing the leakage of working fluid energized with an impeller to the outside from a work room of a casing without flowing in a discharge passage, remarkably enhancing pump efficiency, and making the size small. SOLUTION: This pump device has a casing 10 having a suction passage 11 and the discharge passage 12; work rooms 13, 13 installed within the casing 10; and impellers 15, 16 rotating within the work rooms 13, 14, energizing the working fluid introduced from the suction passage 11 into the work rooms 13, 14 and discharging it from the discharge passage 12, and a thrust dynamic pressure bearing is constituted between both side surfaces of the facing impellers 15, 16 and the inner walls of the work rooms 13, 14, and the leakage of the working fluid from between the impellers 15, 16 and the work rooms 13, 14 is prevented with the thrust dynamic pressure bearing.
