PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operating efficiency of an actuator device which uses a functional fluid as an operating fluid. SOLUTION: In this actuator device, an actuator part 1, a pump part 2, and valve parts 41-44 are connected by a piping part 3, so as to have a designated path, and a piston 12 is driven by transmitting a pressure produced from the pump part 2 via a functional fluid, and the bulbs 41-44 are switched after a fixed time has passed since the position of driving pistons 23, 24 detected by position detecting parts 51, 52 reaches a dead center position.
