PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a climbing rod guide device in a slip form capable of easily lifting a guide pipe with a small force even after concrete is solidified. SOLUTION: An elastically expansible guide pipe 15 is formed by a rigid inner cylinder 15a lifted by a form support 3 and having a climbing rod 6 inserted to pass through the inside thereof, and an outer cylinder 15b, the upper end of which is supported on the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 15a through a cushion material 19 to be moved in the axial direction, and the outer peripheral surface of which is tapered to be decreased in thickness toward the lower end. The outer cylinder 15b is hung down in a concrete placing position in the form.
