PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fastening of fixing bolts or the like for mounting stays for mounting a rotary joint with a fastener from loosening at the time when frequent front excavation is carried out. SOLUTION: In a mounting structure of a rotary joint in a swiveling working machine in which an upper structure equipped with an excavator is provided around a vertical axis of swiveling on a traveling unit rotatably, a rotary joint 28 is mounted through a mounting stay 27 on the axis of swiveling of a truck frame in the traveling unit, the mounting stay 27 is mounted on a mounting wall portion 35 provided on the truck frame side, a collar 39 penetrating the mounting wall portion 35 and butting the underside of the mounting stay 27 is provided, a bolt 45 penetrated into the collar 39 from below and fixed to the mounting stay 27 side is provided, and the collar 39 is projected from the underside of the mounting wall portion 35.
