PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a build-up method for a landslide restraint pile with which the erection of a landslide restraint pile can be carried out efficiently in a short time and also the amount of mortar to be filled can be reduced to a minimum. SOLUTION: A pipe pile 1 is embedded in the ground G, the inner space 2 of the pipe pile 1 is filled up with mortar M for the restraint of landslide in this build-up method for the landslide restraint pile build-up method; in the inner space 2 of the pipe pile 1, a long-sized body 4 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the pipe pile 1; an excavating means 5 provided at the tip portion of the long-sized body 4 is rotated and mortar M is discharged and supplied from a mortar inlet 6 installed at the tip portion of the long-sized body 4 while driving; the pipe pile 1 is embedded into the ground G as driving progresses; and after the tip portion of the pipe pile 1 reaches the predetermined depth, the pipe pile 1 is left in the ground G and the long-sized body 4 is pulled up and the work of building-up is started.
