PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to browse, prepare and correct latest data anytime and anywhere and perform work in an optimal environment according to conditions by keeping the latest state of data in a portable information processing terminal such as PDA at all times. SOLUTION: The portable information processing terminal 1 and a data processing terminal 2 are connected to each other with a LAN formed by wire or wireless. The latest data are stored in the portable information processing terminal 1 at all times. In accordance with the conditions, the read, preparation or correction of the data is performed on the portable information processing terminal 1 or data processing terminal 2. Further, since the data prepared or corrected on the portable information processing terminal 1 or data processing terminal 2 are quickly sent back to the portable information processing terminal 1 and stored, while keeping the latest state of the data in the portable information processing terminal at all the time, the work can be performed in the optimal environment corresponding to the conditions.
