PURPOSE: A measurement automation system of a radiation irradiation apparatus is provided to make a measurement apparatus efficient by improving the reliability of the precision and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A central shaft controller(1) makes a rotating plate having a radiation irradiation apparatus installed on a rotating plate incline and rotate. A horizontal controller(20) supports an X axis moving device(4) while being spaced apart from an upper plate and a lower plate supporting a guide rail frame(41). A belt tension controller connecting a timing belt under the movable corrector(6) is installed on the guide rail frame, and adjusts the tension.
