PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter which can sufficiently reduce the noise for sensor operations. SOLUTION: In a detection TCP part 30, an insulation film 3f is provided to sandwich an input wiring 3b or an output wiring 3c with a tape carrier film 3d, a shied conductor 3g is adhered to cover the outside of the tape carrier film 3d on the region where the input wiring 3b is formed, a shield conductor 3h is adhered so as to cover the outside of the tape carrier film 3d on the region where the output wiring 3c is formed, and a shield conductor 3i is adhered so that the conductor 3i at the input wiring 3b is connected to the conductor 3i at the output wiring 3c on the tape carrier film 3d from the outside of the insulation film 3f. The shield conductors 3g, 3h, 3i are mutually conductively connected and the shield conductor 3i is connected to a ground land 4a of a detection printed board 4.
