PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate an IC 2 surely in such a way that the IC 2 is not stuck to a pusher 1 when the pusher 1 is lifted up in a pressure mechanism in which the IC 2 placed on a carrier 3 is pushed to an IC socket 4 by the pusher 1. SOLUTION: A pressure pin 5 whose tip 5A springs out from the bottom face 1A of the pusher 1 is contained in the pusher 1. A spring 6 in which the spring pressure of the pressure pin 5 is very weak with reference to the sum total of spring pressures of a plurality of contacts 4A provided at the IC socket 4 and which resists a sticking force is provided. The IC 2 is separated from the pusher 1 by the pressure spring 5.
