PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for supporting maintenance at a working site and being able to progress plural works simultaneously even in the season when the works are convergent. SOLUTION: A database 10 including work procedure and instruction on the working site described using html file format is uploaded from a maker 1 sided computer 24 to an internet server 3. After contracting, a site 2 sided computer inputs a password and receives the database 10 including the work procedure and the instruction on the site. Then the work on the site is progressed in accordance with the work procedure and the instruction of the site.
