PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing method for simply, efficiently and inexpensively executing releasing work for the support state of an upper building frame structure by a concrete support member in a short time. SOLUTION: In forming the concrete-made support member 2, an intermediate filling block 3 is provided to separate from the support member 2 and partially part the support member 2. In releasing the support state of the upper building frame structure 1, the intermediate filling block 3 in the support member 2 in the support member 2 is drawn out. That is, by such a simple method that in forming the upper building frame structure 1, the intermediate filling block 3 is built in, and in releasing the support state, the intermediate filling block 3 is drawn out, the support state of the upper building frame structure 1 by the support member 2 is released. For example, in base isolation work for providing an existing building 4 with a base isolation layer, in the case of supporting (temporarily bearing) the upper building frame structure 1 of the existing building 4 by the concrete support member 2, the release work for the support state can be executed simply, in a short time, efficiently and inexpensively.
