PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a rotary joint of a swiveling working machine that helps reduction of the number of parts and make the height of the rotary joint compact. SOLUTION: In a swiveling working machine in which a swiveling body 3 is provided rotatably in a truck frame 8 having a traveling unit 2, the truck frame 8 and the swiveling body 3 are hydraulically connected through a rotary joint 36, and the rotary joint 36 is made up of an outer sleeve 42 and an innershaft 43 engaging rotatably with the outer sleeve 42, the outer sleeve 42 is mounted to the truck frame 8, a cover 41 is provided at the bottom of the outer sleeve 42 and the cover 41 is mounted to the truck frame 8.
