SPEECH SYNTHESIS SYSTEM AND EMERGENCY INFORMATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to utter a flexible message by various combinations of rule synthetic speech and stored speech in an emergency information system. SOLUTION: A conversion table 11 converts an inputted instruction request data into individual sound piece data for composing a message by adding an ID code presenting the kind of a rule synthetic speech data or a stored speech data. A rule synthetic speech creating part 12 created the rule synthetic speech data based on each sound piece data the kind of the rule synthetic speech data from the conversion table 11. Moreover, the stored speech creating part 13 fetches from a sound data file 14 sound data corresponding to each sound piece of the kind of the stored speed data from the conversion table 11 and created the stored speech data. The data from the rule synthetic speech creating part 12 and those from the stored speech creating part 13 are stored in a data storage part 15. A reading output part 16 reads the data from the data storage part 15 and outputs them.
